This Studio is located in the first building behind the very renowned Martinez hotel, it is on the first floor with 2 lifts. this building is very quiet, very clean, managed and cleaned by Frederic ; the garden of the building(le bosquet) present every day. This place would suit people who are looking for a very clean, quiet and strictly non-smoking place. The studio has been designed to maximize space in order to offer a fully fitted kitchen should you wish to cook yourself with the of maximum comfort, good sized fridge-freezer, grill, oven, 2 big sinks, large black marble counters to be able to prepare food with joy, own variable lighting system. We wanted to achieve something different with the studio, being able to create different atmosphere : romantic, very bright...All the materials chosen for the studio, being for the bathroom, toilet, kitchen, fitted large-size wardrobes,air-conditioning are very modern, high quality, making, we hope, a very nice place to stay.
